[SPOTVNEWS = Reporter Kim Won-gyeom] The group Treasure has been certified as 'Platinum' by the Recording Industry Association of Japan. This proves once again the growth trend in the local area.

According to YG Entertainment on the 11th, Treasure obtained a gold disc 'platinum' certification from the Recording Industry Association of Japan for their first Japanese original single 'Here I Stand' released on March 29.

The gold disc 'Platinum' is given to works that record shipments of more than 250,000 copies. Treasure's "Here Eye Stand" surpassed 250,000 cumulative shipments within three days of its release, and sold about 320,000 units (based on YG Entertainment's tally) within five days.

"Here I Stand" is a pop rock genre song that combines the lyrics of never giving up on your dream and moving forward with a sophisticated band sound. Treasure's unique energetic vocals were added to maximize the strong message contained in the song. It was also dropped as the theme song for the theatrical version of the animation 'Black Clover's Magical Sword', which is scheduled to be released in June, and proved its powerful influence in the Japanese music market even before its release.

Treasure is expanding its popularity by not only recording albums, which are considered indicators of fandom, but also standing out on various charts. Starting with Japan's largest music site Line Music and major platform Rakuten Music's No. 's J-Pop Request Ranking and National Radio On-Air Weekly Chart.

Since their official debut in Japan in March 2021, Treasure has recorded a dazzling career high, drawing a steady upward curve. Last year, they were named in the 'Best 3 New Artists' at the 36th Japan Golden Disk Awards, and as the first Japanese tour that ended successfully this year, they set a new record by mobilizing the largest audience (about 300,000) for the first Japanese tour by a K-pop artist.

Treasure is expanding its base of activities around the world with its first Asia tour of 8 cities and 12 concerts since debut. Starting in Taipei, they successfully completed performances in Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Bangkok, and Singapore, turning the turning point. In the future, we will move to Manila on April 14th and 15th, Macau on April 22nd, and Hong Kong on May 20th.
